Shenzhen to clamp down on bad behavior in public places – China Daily

Litterbugs in Shenzhen may be forced to perform community service, with the city drafting a local law in a bid to improve public behavior. The draft regulation completed its first round of public opinion polling in early July and is now on its second poll.
