Chef Qian won the first prize of 2018 Shunde Cuisine Cooking Competition. Pan-fried fish cake is an authentic and traditional Shunde cuisine, while lobster is a popular ingredient with its freshness and rich nutrition. It is an inventive mixture of traditional cooking method and imported ingredient that are added to the dish to make it more exquisite.
